🥶 Perishable Products (Kookies)
Because our Kapow Kookies are baked, perishable, and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our facility.
However, your satisfaction matters to us! If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
👉 We’ll gladly replace or refund your order in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or spoiled.

You received the wrong flavor or item.

Your order was lost in transit.

🛍️ Non-Perishable Products (Merch, Accessories, Coffee, Supplements)
For unopened or unused items (like coffee bags, apparel, or supplements):

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection.
📦 Shipping Issues
If your order is lost, delayed, or returned due to an address error, please reach out and we’ll help track it down.
We can’t replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, so please double-check your details before checkout.
