About Us – The Kapow Story

At Kapow Fuel Co., we believe snacks and coffee should fuel you — not slow you down. Our journey started up north in Wilmington, Delaware, where my wife and I (both living with diabetes) were on the hunt for a treat that wouldn’t spike our blood sugar but still hit that sweet craving. When we couldn’t find one, we decided to create it ourselves — not just for us, but for our two little Tiger Boys, JC and Jax, who deserve snacks that are as powerful as they are playful.

In 2025, we packed up our family, dreams, and recipes and made the move to Cary, North Carolina — ready to bring Kapow Fuel Co. to a bigger community and share the mission that’s been driving us since day one.
